Unlock Amazing Opportunities with the Tribe!
Hey everyone! The Tribal Council is passionate about your success and well-being, from hitting those big educational milestones to staying active and having fun! Check out these fantastic ways we are supporting you!
Celebrate Achievements at Every Level!
No matter what grade you're in โ from elementary school all the way up to college โ we want to recognize your hard work! When you graduate from school, you'll receive a special acknowledgement. Plus, listen up students! There are good grade incentives available for students in all grades, right up through college! That's right, your dedication to your studies can earn you some extra recognition along the way. It's like a boost of encouragement for being a super star student!
Fuel Your Future: College and Career Support!
Got big dreams for college or learning a trade like becoming a software engineer or a dental hygienist? Fantastic! The Tribe wants to help you soar. If you're taking at least 12 units in a college program or diving into a trade certificate course, you could receive some extra financial support each semester you successfully complete. Think of it as an investment in your bright future! This support can be available for up to 8 semesters of college, and you might even get assistance for up to 3 different trade certificates. How incredible is that?
Check out our amazing opportunity for only 10 members! LCTHC has provided us with funds to support our students with a scholarship for full time students going into the medical filed, social work, etc. Take a list at the Student Check list below and see if you fit the criteria. If you do fit follow the Scholarship application and email or drop off to Heather Armstrong heather.armstrong@sv-nsn.gov or at the Tribal office.

Get in the Game: Sports Registration Assistance!
Love the thrill of the game? We can help you get off the sidelines and onto the field or court! We can provide assistance with sports registration so you can stay active, build teamwork skills, and have a blast. Just remember that funding for this is limited, so be sure to ask about what's available. Don't forget to submit your flyer and the activity form that you can find below with your request.
Elevate Youth: Helping You Stay Active and Engaged!
Calling all our amazing young members! Elevate Youth has some extra resources to help you stay active and involved in awesome activities. Whether it's sports, arts and crafts, or other fun programs that get you moving and learning, there might be limited funds available to help you participate. Connect with Elevate Youth Program Coordinator Heather Armstrong who's information is below.
Keep in Mind!
Because the funds for these programs are limited, it's like getting in line for something super popular โ it operates on a first-come, first-served basis. So, if you're excited about celebrating your elementary graduation, those awesome good grade incentives (for all grades!), or getting support for college, trade school, or sports registration, be sure to reach out to the friendly Family Advocates at the Family and Health Services Department. For the Elevate Youth activity support, connect directly with the Elevate Youth Program Coordinator Heather Armstrong email: heather.armstrong@sv-nsn.gov phone (707)530-5266 to find out what's available.
Let's keep striving for success in our education at every level, staying active and healthy, and having fun together as a strong Tribal community! The Tribal Council is cheering you on every step of the way!
